Mr. Clark, most recently serving as Chief Strategy Officer of RxAssurance, has extensive experience in healthcare strategy, business development, and healthcare technology commercialization. A serial entrepreneur, Mr. Clark founded, grew and sold three healthcare software companies, two of which were acquired by public companies. He later founded a biotech venture fund, served as executive director for a non-profit biotech accelerator, and served on the Board of Governors for TechCoast Angels. Passionate about fighting the opioid epidemic, Mr. Clark sponsored a clinical trial with a major university research hospital for his own patent-pending software platform.
He is also the founder of a non-profit, The Earamas Foundation, dedicated to helping people suffering with addiction, anxiety and depression through the healing power of music in recovery centers across the nation. Mr. Clark earned a degree in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina and is a Life Management Institute Fellow.
