Mr. Clark, most recently serving as Chief Strategy Officer of RxAssurance, has extensive experience in healthcare strategy, business development, and healthcare technology commercialization. A serial entrepreneur, Mr. Clark founded, grew and sold three healthcare software companies, two of which were acquired by public companies. He later founded a biotech venture fund, served as executive director for a non-profit biotech accelerator, and served on the Board of Governors for TechCoast Angels. Passionate about fighting the opioid epidemic, Mr. Clark sponsored a clinical trial with a major university research hospital for his own patent-pending software platform.

He is also the founder of a non-profit, The Earamas Foundation, dedicated to helping people suffering with addiction, anxiety and depression through the healing power of music in recovery centers across the nation. Mr. Clark earned a degree in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina and is a Life Management Institute Fellow.

Ms. Coffman is a nationally respected attorney, public policy strategist, and former Colorado Attorney General whose career spans senior leadership roles in state government, public health, nonprofit governance, and complex regulatory environments. Throughout her tenure as Attorney General, she led the state’s Substance Abuse Trend and Response Task Force, a broad coalition addressing substance use disorder and public health challenges. Her prior public service included Chief Counsel to the Colorado Governor and Deputy Executive Director of the state Department of Public Health and Environment.

As Principal of The Coffman Partnership, LLC, Ms. Coffman currently advises clients on government affairs, public policy development, regulatory and legal compliance, and engagement with state attorneys general. She provides the Company with valuable expertise in public sector engagement, compliance and strategic governance.
