Robert Valuck – Co-Founder, CEO & Board Chair
Dr. Robert Valuck is Co-Founder, Chief Executive Officer, and Board Chair of RxAssurance, where he leads the Company’s strategic vision, product innovation, commercialization, and growth initiatives. A nationally recognized expert in medication safety, opioid stewardship, clinical decision support, and healthcare analytics, he has spent more than three decades working at the intersection of clinical practice, health policy, and healthcare technology.
In addition to leading RxAssurance, Dr. Valuck is Professor of Clinical Pharmacy at the University of Colorado Skaggs School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences and Executive Director of the Colorado Consortium for Prescription Drug Abuse Prevention. His work has influenced opioid policy, prescribing practices, and medication safety initiatives at the state and national levels, and he has helped shape numerous public-private collaborations aimed at improving patient care through data-driven clinical decision support.
At RxAssurance, Dr. Valuck guides the Company’s long-term strategy, clinical vision, intellectual property development, strategic partnerships, and commercialization of the RxAdvisor™ Medication Management Platform.

Josh Shaw – Chief Technology Officer
Josh Shaw serves as Chief Technology Officer for RxAssurance, leading the design, development, and evolution of the RxAdvisor Medication Management Platform.
He has been instrumental in architecting the Company’s scalable cloud infrastructure, healthcare integrations, and enterprise software capabilities, translating complex clinical workflows into secure, high-performance technology solutions.
Zsofia Rozsa – Director of Project Management & Customer Success
Zsofia Rozsa leads project management and customer success for RxAssurance, serving as the primary bridge between the Company’s technology team and its healthcare customers.
She oversees client implementations, onboarding, training, and ongoing customer engagement, helping organizations successfully deploy and maximize the value of the RxAdvisor platform.
Jorge Villagran – Software Engineer
Jorge Villagran is a software engineer responsible for the continued development and enhancement of the RxAdvisor Medication Management Platform.
Working across multiple products and modules, he develops new platform capabilities, supports system integrations, and helps maintain the reliability, performance, and security of the Company’s production software environment.
Siva Mudaliar – Senior Data Scientist
Siva Mudaliar leads data science and advanced analytics initiatives for RxAssurance, supporting predictive modeling, clinical analytics, and artificial intelligence-enabled capabilities across the RxAdvisor platform.
Her work helps transform healthcare data into actionable clinical insights that improve medication safety, patient outcomes, and population health management.
